Liberation Brewery, Tregear House, Longueville Road, St Saviour, Jersey.

The company developed from Jersey's Ann Street Brewery Co. Ltd. First brewed at St Saviour in November 2004 as the Jersey and Tipsy Toad Brewery. The brewery has both the former 40 barrel plant of Jersey Brewery and the 8 barrel plant previously at the Tipsy Toad. Cask ale is generally brewed on the smaller plant, but the larger one, normally used for keg beers, is sometimes used.

In 2008, the brewery renamed itself to its current name although the brand name Mary Ann is also used.

In 2015, they acquired Butcombe Brewery.
