Ann Street Brewery Co Ltd, 57 Ann Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands.

Known as Bathe and Hole in 1900 when the partnership was dissolved. Registered 1905. Also traded as the Jersey Brewery.

They took over the Guernsey Brewery in 1988 (and closed it in 2003) and the Tipsy Toad brewery in early 1997.

From 2002, they were known as Jersey Channel Island Traders (Ann Street Brewery and the Riches Group), and brewing had moved to the new site at Tregear House, St Saviour, Jersey. Brewing ceased at Ann Street by 2003 and the site was redeveloped. In 2008, a management buyout took place at the Ann Street company, and the name changed to Liberation Group, who produce beers at St Saviour for their pubs in Jersey and the former Guernsey Brewery pubs.
