First brewed in November 2004 as the [[Jersey and Tipsy Toad Brewery]].  
The company developed from Jersey's [[Ann Street Brewery Co. Ltd]]. First brewed at St Saviour in November 2004 as the [[Jersey and Tipsy Toad Brewery]]. The brewery has both the former 40 barrel plant of Jersey Brewery and the 8 barrel plant previously at the Tipsy Toad. Cask ale is generally brewed on the smaller plant, but the larger one, normally used for keg beers, is sometimes used.
