Leeds & Batley Breweries Ltd, Atlas Brewery, Warwick Road , Batley , West Yorkshire .

Registered April 1896 with 41 houses as R.H.Sykes & Co. Ltd to acquire R.H.Sykes, Soothill Brewery, Dewsbury and the Atlas Brewery.

Went into liquidation April 1898 and was reconstructed as above when G C Cutler & Co's Saville Green Brewery, Leeds was acquired.

Houses leased to Ind Coope Ltd. 1900 and brewing ceased. Later became a vinegar brewery.
