Leeds & Batley Breweries Ltd, Atlas Brewery, Warwick Road, Batley, West Yorkshire.

Registered April 1896 with 41 houses as R H Sykes & Co. Ltd to acquire R H Sykes, Soothill Brewery, Dewsbury and the Atlas Brewery.

Went into liquidation April 1898 and was reconstructed as above when G C Cutler & Co's Saville Green Brewery, Leeds was acquired.

Houses leased to Ind Coope Ltd. 1900 and brewing ceased. Later the Soothill Brewery became a vinegar brewery.
