Registered May 1899 to acquire the business of Charles Rowley Leake and William Leake trading as Leake Brothers.
Voluntary liquidation 18th July 1907 and purchased by Thomas Moulds and Frank Percival Mawson who traded as Castle Brewery Co. from 1907-1908.
Failed in 1908 with apparently no tied houses.
Demolished 1959 for a boat yard.
