Registered December 3rd 1897 to acquire the business of Percy Richard Drury, though Clark & Co listed then.

Voluntary liquidation 10th August 1898.

Was succeeded by the Walpole Brewery Co. Ltd. See: New Walpole Brewery Co. Ltd.
