Kidd & Hotblack Ltd, Cannon Brewery, 16 Russell Street, Brighton & Hove, East Sussex.

Founded by John Barnett c.1821 and was acquired by J. M. & F. J. Kidd 1872.

Registered November 1906.

Acquired by Tamplin & Sons Ltd June 1926.

Brewing ceased c.1950 and premises were used for bottling and storage and were demolished 1969.
