John Barnett, then Kidd & Hotblack Ltd, Cannon Brewery, 16 Russell Street, Brighton, East Sussex.

Founded by John Barnett c.1821 and was acquired by J M & F J Kidd 1872.

Registered November 1906.

Acquired by Tamplin & Sons Ltd June 1926 who brewed there until 1929. The premises were then used for bottling and storage until demolished in 1969.
