John Yeomans, Blue Posts Brewery, 50 High Street, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire.
The Blue Posts Brewery was established by the Yeomans family at the rear of the inn in about 1745. The pub and brewery were acquired by John Marston & Son Ltd in 1890 with eight on- and off-licences.
The pub was sold to Worthington & Co. Ltd in 1925 and rebuilt in 1927. In recent years, renamed 'Crossing'.
