Woolston & Croft listed 1870. John Woolston and George Croft partnership then dissolved. Croft went on to purchase the Halesworth Brewery with RW Flick. Established 1785 with William Cross shown in 1869.
Woolston & Croft listed 1870. John Woolston and George Croft partnership then dissolved. Croft went on to purchase the Halesworth Brewery with RW Flick. The latter later became a key player at the Hook Norton Brewery Co. Ltd and possibly Leamington Spa. In June 1884 the executors of the late John Woolston sold the brewery to Henry Luker & Co. Ltd of Southend.
