John T Duce & Sons, Church Hill, Wednesbury, West Midlands.

In the 1870s at the Church Hill pub No 27 Church Street.

John Duce in partnership with father until 1885 when new partnership with brother James as Springhead and Market Place.

Sale 2nd April 1889 in liquidation and bankrupt 1891.

For sale 5th December 1891.

John Taylor Duce. He owned the Talbot Hotel, on the junction of Market Place and Spring Head. Although around 1899-1901 W L’Anson was listed as brewer at the Talbot hotel with the wine and spirit business was later acquired by Hickman & Pullen Ltd.
