In 1842 Samuel Doughty, by 1898 FT Maltby. Messrs Maltby & Co for auction 25th June 1900. Withdrawn at £20,500.
Registered as the Spilsby Brewery Co. Ltd. in December 1900.
Wound up in 1904 and re-formed as above March 1905.
Voluntary liquidation 4th January 1921 and the houses were sold as separate lots.
Now demolished.
