Hoxton Brewery Company Ltd,, Bell's Brewery, Hoxton Street, London N1.

Registered October 1896 to acquire H B Bell & Co, with 13 tied houses and George Wyatt, wine and spirit merchants, East Harding Street EC4 with 18 public houses.

Acquired by Henry Lovibond & Son Ltd (Fulham) in 1899.

They never paid for it, becoming bankrupt almost immediately afterwards. Estate recovered from Lovibond's liquidators in 1901 but unable to carry on.
