Hoxton Brewery Company Ltd,, Bell's Brewery, Hoxton Street, London N1.

Registered 15 October 1895 to acquire H B Bell & Co, with 13 tied houses and George Wyatt, wine and spirit merchants, East Harding Street EC4 with 18 public houses. However, wound-up on 11 March 1896.

Acquired by Henry Lovibond & Son Ltd (Fulham) in 1899.

They never paid for it, becoming bankrupt almost immediately afterwards. Estate recovered from Lovibond's liquidators in 1901 but unable to carry on. In 1902, both breweries became part of John Lovibond & Sons Ltd of Greenwich and Salisbury.
