Henry Finlay Ltd, Phoenix Brewery, 78 Peckers Hill, Sutton, St Helens, Merseyside.

Charles Wilcock in 1876. His estate with 10 houses sold to Walker & Homfrays Ltd in 1896.

Then Albert Edward Davenport late of Phoenix Brewery deceased 1908.

Registered 1911. Voluntary liquidation 4th August 1915.

However, from 1923 to 1935 the Phoenix Brewery Co operated as a subsidiary of Birkdale Brewery Co when that was bought in 1937.
