Goodwin Brothers Ltd, Baldertongate and 83 Barnbygate, Newark on Trent, Nottinghamshire.

Registered February 1891.

Walter Shirley Davy acquired the brewery and 49 houses in 1897. He renamed it the Devon Brewery.

Merged with Warwicks & Richardsons Ltd. October 1919.

Part of the building remains in Barnbygate.
