In 1903 acquired by [[Burton Brewery Co. Ltd]] with 39 pubs.

On 15th December 1914 plant removed; however, there were financial problems at Burton and in 1915 HF & FB Ridgeway repossessed the mortgaged property some 23 houses and brewery, which they then sold to [[Parker's Burslem Brewery Co. Ltd]].  


Brewing ceased December 1914 and was sold to [[Parker's Burslem Brewery Co. Ltd]]. 1915 with 24 tied houses.
In 1928 site sold to Goodwin Foster Brown and in 1980s was Kwik Fit.

Frederick Job Ridgway & Sons, Lower Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.

In 1903 acquired by Burton Brewery Co. Ltd with 39 pubs.

On 15th December 1914 plant removed; however, there were financial problems at Burton and in 1915 HF & FB Ridgeway repossessed the mortgaged property some 23 houses and brewery, which they then sold to Parker's Burslem Brewery Co. Ltd.
