Francis Alexander White, Stourmouth Brewery, Stourmouth, Kent.

The brewery had been in existence since before 1845 when it was run by the partnership of Impett and Gardner who soon sold out to H.& W.Gibbs.

The Lemarque Brothers came into possession of the firm in 1868 and White assumed control in November 1875.

There was a connection by marriage between White and the Flints of Canterbury.

Brewery and 11 public houses offered for sale 9th July 1904 and bought by Flint & Co. Ltd. of Canterbury.
