Ellesmere & Vyrnwy Breweries Ltd, Market Square, Ellesmere, Shropshire.
Registered November 1889 as the Ellesmere Brewery Co. Ltd to acquire the business of the late George White Allinson. Name changed 4th March 1897 when they merged with Henry Jenks, Vyrnwy Brewery, Llansantffraid, Montgomeryshire.
At least 5 tied houses.
In September 1917 Shrewsbury & Wem Brewery Co. Ltd selling the plant.
Dissolved 25th July 1922. Premises later used as a rennet factory.
