Edenfield Brewery Co. Ltd, Spring Bank Brewery, Edenfield, Lancashire.

In 1870 Thomas Mercer.

Registered in September 1898 as Grant's Tower Brewery Co. Ltd to acquire the business of T.Mercer.

Wound up 1909 and a private company was registered as above in the same year.

Acquired by John Kenyon Ltd of Barrowford in 1913.
