Darby's Brewery Ltd, Dunkirk Brewery, 6 Whitehall Road, Greets Green, West Bromwich, West Midlands.
By 1894, George Darby was brewing at the Bush Inn, Wood Lane, Greets Green.
In 1895, George's son Charles took over the Bush, and in 1900, purchased newby Dunkirk Hall, where he established the Dunkirk Inn, and built a brewery at the site in 1902. Registered 1923.
- In 1928 they acquired Arnold & Bates Ltd' Sponwell Brewery with 17 pubs.
- They acquired J F C Jackson Ltd, Diamond Brewery of Kates Hill in June 1937 with 15 houses.
Acquired by Mitchells & Butlers Ltd in 1951 with over 100 public houses and the brewery was closed within a year.
