Coombe Valley Brewery Co. Ltd, Grist Mill, Wotton under Edge, Gloucestershire.

In 1889 owned by A H Guinness of the famous Irish brewing family, run by his son Arthur Percy.

Arthur snr died in 1901 and by 1905 Major A J Annesley but by 1908 receiver appointed.
