Christopher Ellis & Son Ltd, Steam Brewery, Brewery Road (and also at Helston) , Hayle , Cornwall .

Founded 1815. 32 public houses. Merged with Walter Hicks & Co. Ltd. 1934 to form the St Austell Brewery Co. Ltd. and brewing ceased at Hayle in the same year. Some buildings remain.
