Founded in 1815 and was based at the Steam Brewery, Brewery Road from 1873. 32 public houses.

Merged with Walter Hicks & Co. Ltd. in 1934 to form the St Austell Brewery Co. Ltd and brewing ceased at Hayle in the same year. Some buildings remain.
