Burning Sky Brewery, Place Barn, The Street, Firle, East Sussex BN8 6LP

Occupying former farm buildings on the Firle Estate, Burning Sky started brewing in September 2013.

They have a 15-barrel brewery, and as well as cask beers, they brew a range of Belgian-style ales, including oak-ageing and spontaneous fermentation methods.
