Founded by 1844 and was declared bankrupt by 1868.  
Founded by 1844 when Richard Jones, in 1864 Seymour Seyer but declared bankrupt 1868 and for sale 3rd February 1869 with the Plough and Harrow.  


Ceased brewing until the 1890s.  
New 12qtr brewery for sale with the Castle.  


Registered May 1901.  
In 1898 [[Dobell & Courtauld]], presumably after their brewery in London had been sold.
 
Registered May 1901. Acquired by the [[Hereford & Tredegar Brewery Ltd]]. 1905 and brewing ceased on 1st July of that year.
 
Sold for £1,700 in 1919.

The brewery in 1990

Brecon Brewery Ltd, Eagle Brewery, The Watton, Brecon, Oxfordshire.

Founded by 1844 when Richard Jones, in 1864 Seymour Seyer but declared bankrupt 1868 and for sale 3rd February 1869 with the Plough and Harrow.

New 12qtr brewery for sale with the Castle.

In 1898 Dobell & Courtauld, presumably after their brewery in London had been sold.

Registered May 1901. Acquired by the Hereford & Tredegar Brewery Ltd. 1905 and brewing ceased on 1st July of that year.

Sold for £1,700 in 1919.
