Bitter End Brewing Company, 11 Derwent Mills Commercial Park, Cockermouth, Cumbria.

Brewery established by Mike Askey and Sue Adams in August 1995 based at the Bitter End pub, 15 Kirkgate.

In 1996 a larger brewery was set up to brew beer for the free trade.

In 1997 this latter became the Derwent Brewery (Cumbria).

In 2009 the brewery moved to the above address. The above brewery closed in Summer 2011.
