Bell & Co. Ltd, Hempshaw Brook Brewery, Hempshaw Lane, Stockport, Greater Manchester.
Founded by Avery Fletcher 1835 and was acquired by Smith & Bell in 1850.
Registered 1898.
Acquired by Frederic Robinsons Ltd. April 1949 with 160 houses. Brewing continued until 1968 and bottling until 1975.
Building remains.
