Registered June 1889 to acquire 6 breweries in the area, with offices at 13 Westgate Street, later 9 Argyle Street. Gray & Co's Bathwick Brewery, 10 Bathwick Street used until this new site was opened in 1899. Acquired by [[Bristol Brewery Georges & Co. Ltd]] in 1923 with 40 tied houses and brewing ceased. 50qtr plant for sale 11th September.
