BEWARE!! The white building on the extreme right is a modern reproduction and not contemporary with the brewery.

A & T Sibeth, Crown Brewery, Fontmell Magna, Dorset.

Founded 1780.

Before it was acquired by Sibeth, it was occupied by the Flowers family, an important brewing dynasty.

Ceased brewing 14th December 1904 and was sold with 21 public houses for £25,410, the houses being sold piecemeal to a total of 8 local brewers including Hall & Woodhouse Ltd, Baxter & Sons (Dorset) and Marston's Dolphin Brewery Ltd.
