Edenfield Brewery Co. Ltd, Spring Bank Brewery, Edenfield, Lancashire.

Registered September 1898 as Grant's Tower Brewery Co. Ltd to acquire the business of T.Mercer.

Wound up 1909 and a private company was registered as above in the same year.

Acquired by John Kenyon Ltd. of Barrowford in 1913.
