Kidderminster Brewery Co. Ltd, Blackwell Street, Kidderminster, Hereford & Worcester.

Registered 1896 as the Worcestershire Brewing & Malting Co. Ltd to amalgamate: Bucknall's Brewery and the Delph Brewery, Brierley Hill established 1876, with a total of 126 public houses.

The Delph Brewery was next door to the Duke William and both collapsed from mining subsidence in 1907. Name changed as above July 1905.

Acquired by Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries Ltd. 1913 and brewing ceased in 1914.
