Benjamin Smith & Son, Waterloo Brewery, Hall Street, Stockport, Greater Manchester.

This was built by Benjamin Smith in 1825, in 1836 sons Thomas and Henry joined the business.

In 1848/50 trading as Henry Smith & Co. Alfred Smith 37 Shaw Heath and Henry Waterloo.

Benjamin was poor health in 1880s and the business was auctioned on 21st Feb 1888, being bought by Thomas Sykes & Co. Ltd of Burton with C30 pubs.

Building was demolished by 1895.

Sykes Brewery Co registered 1889 with breweries at Burton and Birmingham with houses in Stockport.
