Registered September 1914. No tied houses, club trade only.

Ceased bottling 1952 and bought in from Gibbs Mew & Co. Ltd at Barrowford.

Closed 1969 when brewing about 120bpw.

Brewery demolished 1970 due to town centre redevelopment and the club trade connections were acquired by Wilsons Brewery Ltd.
