Goodwin Brothers Ltd, Baldertongate and 83 Barnbygate , Newark on Trent , Nottinghamshire .

Registered February 1891.

Walter Shirley Davy acquired the brewery and 49 houses in 1897. He renamed it the Devon Brewery.

Merged with Warwicks & Richardsons Ltd. October 1919.
