John Elworthy & Co. Ltd, Crown Brewery, 5 Gold Street, Kettering, Northamptonshire.
Founded by William Rose 1830 and was bought by William Elworthy in 1871. Registered as above 1912.
Acquired by Marston, Thompson & Evershed Ltd. October 1931 with 20 houses and 13 off-licences.
Brewing ceased 1940. Brewery mainly demolished, only the malting remaining.
