Formed to acquire Ash Vine Brewery and Bishop's Brewery (Wellington), during 2000 but the plan fell through and brewery went into receivership in early 2001.
The brand name and beers were taken over by Heritage Brewery (Dinton) during the Summer of 2001 and were brewed at their Tisbury base until they went into receivership as well.
They were, for a period, then brewed at Hobden's Wessex Brewery.
