Yates & Jackson Ltd, Old Brewery, Brewery Lane, Brock Street, Lancaster, Lancashire.

Founded 1669 and was acquired by William Jackson and John Proctor in 1811.

Registered 1923.

Acquired by Daniel Thwaites & Co. Ltd. 1984 with 40 houses and brewing ceased.

The Old Brewery was sold to Mitchells Ltd.

By 2011, the buildings were under threat of demolition.
