Founded 1857 when Henry and James F Hine bought the Netherbury Brewery, Dorset.
Acquired the Birmingham Street Brewery, in 1860 and later added the wine and spirit business in Marland Place. Also known as the Windsor Brewery.
Acquired by Strong & Co Ltd. 1898.
