Percy Hargreaves & Co, Crown Brewery, Railway Place, Hertford, Hertfordshire.
A branch of the Abridge Brewery Company, Essex acquired by Hargreaves 1885.
By 1895 had become stores and was offered for sale with 9 tied houses December 1895.
Benskins Ltd bought the brewery and the Saracen's Head for £1,800 but do not seem to have brewed here.
The other houses went to various brewers.
