Cambrian Brewery Co. Ltd., Bagillt, Clwyd.

James Jorle a wine merchant from Liverpool bought the brewery in 1831.

Until 1890 run by William and William Thomas Pierce as Pierce & Son.

Registered 6th April 1898 to acquire William Pierce & Son, also known as the Cambrian Brewery.

Formed as a subsidiary of the Kelsterton Brewery Co. Ltd, with 41 public houses. As the latter went into liquidation on 22nd December 1899, the company never traded and was dissolved on 2nd August 1904.
