Spring Vale Brewery Ltd, Spring Vale Brewery, Grimshaw Street, Darwen, Lancashire.

Formerly John Crook & Co. Brewery bought by Samuel Allsopp & Sons Ltd. 1898 for £325,000 from Thomas Crook, with about 70 tied houses and was registered as above August 1899.

Allsopps sold the brewery to Nuttall & Co. Ltd. for £200,000 June 1901.
