Locke & Smith Ltd, Water Lane, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.

Founded 1868 when they acquired the business of Alfred Healey.

Registered January 1897 with 42 public houses. Receiver appointed 30th June 1911, and after a legal dispute the brewery was offered for sale for a second time in June 1913 and was bought by Benskins Ltd. for £37,600 and closed.
