William Jesse Rodwell, Akeman Street, Tring, Hertfordshire.

Started by John Batchelor in Hastoe about 1852 and moved to Akeman Street c.1872. Batchelor and Rodwell from about 1894-1898.

Ceased brewing 1923 and most of the public houses were sold, the last five going to Meux's Brewery Co. Ltd. in 1935.

Later a mineral water manufacturer.
