Pilot Beer, 22 Jane Street, Edinburgh.

Commenced in 2013 by Patrick Johnson and Matt Johnson, two graduates at Heriot-Watt, using a five barrel plant last used at McCowans Brewhouse.

In 2019 they moved location.
