Sexton & Sons, Elm Brewery, Croft Lane, Seaford, East Sussex.

Badly damaged by fire 1907 when owned by Alfred Stone.

Sexton listed into 1920s.

Acquired by Ballard & Co. Ltd. 1924 with 11 houses.

Still standing.
