Acquired by Devenish & Co. Ltd. of Weymouth 1934 and name changed to Devenish Redruth Brewery Co. Ltd. 1960 and again as above September 1986.
Ceased brewing June 1991 but re-opened under new management.
Ceased brewing 2004.
