Greene King & Sons Ltd, Westgate Brewery, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Registered in June 1887 to acquire:

  • E.Greene & Son, Westgate Brewery, Westgate Street. Founded 1799.
  • F.W.King & Son, St.Edmund's Brewery, Westgate Street. Founded 1868.

In 2019, Greene King was sold to a Hong Kong based company, CKA Bidco.
