E F Browning, Tros-y-Carrol Brewery, Frosey Canal, Bangor, Gwynedd

Founded 1812. In 1870 Fricker Brothers. Bought by A H Blake, manager to J Lloyd & Co, Kingsbury Brewery, St Albans, Herts, in October 1889 from Samuel Fricker.

BH Browning late of Brighton was appointed brewer and acquired the brewery in 1892, but died 1896 when Ernest Frederick Browning bankrupt, also at Amlwch and Holyhead.

Acquired by Ind Coope Ltd. 1898 and was sold to the Anglesey Brewery Co. Ltd (Amlwch). January 1903 for £877.
